Terms of Service
Updated July 2026
These terms describe the current rubric generation service, Pro access, user responsibilities, and support boundaries.
Service use
AI Rubric Generator provides editable rubric drafts for educators, instructors, trainers, and course creators.
AI output is a draft
Generated rubrics may be incomplete, inaccurate, unfair, or unsuitable for a specific course, policy, standard, or learner group. Review and edit before real grading or assessment.
No automatic grading
The service does not grade student work, replace educator judgment, guarantee fair grading, or provide legal, compliance, or professional education advice.
User responsibilities
You are responsible for your input, edits, final rubric, and use of the output. Do not submit student personal information, unlawful content, discriminatory content, or infringing material.
Pro features and payment
Pro access is purchased through a one-time PayPal checkout order and attached to the Google account used during checkout. Current Pro access provides higher rubric generation limits: 100 generations per day and 2,000 generations per month. Document export, saved history, subscription billing, and team features may be introduced later only when they are available in the product.
Templates and intellectual property
Templates should be original or properly authorized. Do not copy competitor templates, proprietary standards, brand assets, or official school materials without permission.
Contact and support
For payment, refund, privacy, or account support, review the Refund Policy at /refund or contact support@airubricgenerator.online. Refund reviews use the local order record and the PayPal transaction record for the Google account used at checkout.
