Refund Policy

This policy explains how AI Rubric Generator handles Pro access payment and refund support for PayPal checkout purchases.
Current Pro access
Current Pro access is purchased through a one-time PayPal checkout order attached to the Google account used at checkout. It is not a self-service PayPal subscription in the current product.
When to contact support
Contact support as soon as possible after purchase if Pro access does not activate, you purchased with the wrong Google account, you see a duplicate charge, you believe the order amount is incorrect, or a major service issue prevents use of the purchased access.
Refund review
Refund requests are reviewed case by case using the local payment order record, the Pro entitlement record, and the PayPal transaction record. We do not ask for passwords, cookies, or private tokens.
Cases that may not qualify
Refunds may be declined when the purchase has already been used extensively, the request is connected to abuse or policy violations, or support cannot match the request to a valid PayPal order and account record.
How to request help
Email support@airubricgenerator.online with your account email, PayPal transaction id or order id, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, verification codes, cookies, or tokens.
PayPal disputes
You may still use PayPal transaction tools for payment disputes. Site support will review the same order against the local order record and PayPal transaction record when responding.
Processing time
Support reviews refund and payment requests during normal support operations. Timing can vary when a request requires PayPal transaction review or additional account verification.
